WHAT IS TRUTH?
When is truth, truth and when is truth simply an interpretation? Is there an absolute truth or is truth always subject to the ‘owner’? Is all truth equal? Is it possible that the truth for one can be a lie for another? How do we find truth in an age of deceit and a manipulative media?
A COVID VERSION OF 1 CORINTHIANS 13
COVID-19 opened a barn door for love to shine in, but sadly we started cursing the darkness (and one another) instead of simply lighting a candle. So, in an attempt to put the nearly forgotten pandemic into the context of 1 Corinthians 13, I wrote a 1 COVID 13 adaption of the chapter on love.
THE EAR OF MALCHUS
The explosive interaction between Malchus and short-tempered, self-righteous defender-of-faith, Simon Peter, sets an example so definitive that it simply cannot be ignored.
BROKENNESS – and the golden glue of grace

EASTER: But the bird will sing.
“Like the blind bird, we will sing! Regardless of whether we can see through the darkness or not, we will sing.”
THE CARROT, THE EGG AND THE TEA BAG
What flavour will I release today when I converse about load-shedding, crime, corruption, and everything else that so easily robs me of the joy I have? Through all the years of serving the Persecuted Church, my life was filled with living examples of TEA BAG CHRISTIANS. I have not only been inspired but transformed by those who embrace the cross, patiently endure their suffering, and become beacons of light in their communities.
